Guest Post for the SfM Blog

Hello FSU musicologists!

As you all know, summer is a busy time for most of us. Whether it’s working on a dissertation or thesis, teaching class, taking class, or traveling (among many other things), we are constantly pursuing our studies. But hey, everyone needs a break! Why not fill it with something fun and musicology-related?

So here’s the deal: do you have a side interest that you don’t get to write about often? Or perhaps a bone to pick with the field? Do you have writing advice for students or fellow musicologists? Maybe you’d like to review the latest Justin Timberlake album. Whatever your interest, we’re looking for short (c. 500 words) informal guest posts for our blog. Submit posts or send questions to fsumusicology@gmail.com. We hope you take advantage of this opportunity!
